Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase to be eligible for a return of a non-defected bottle, as well as making sure the following conditions are met:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with all components, and in its original packaging and packing material
- Make sure the crystals are packed in its pouch outside the bottle and the glass gem chamber pod securely placed inside the foam protection outside the bottle
- Please make sure that the essential oil roller bottle is inside the padded envelope and securely placed in the bottle followed by the tea strainer and infuser basket on top before closing the lid
- The bottle is placed in the neoprene sleeve with the insert card placed around and inside the bottle
- The bottle is then placed inside the bubble wrap slip and securely placed inside the gift box and placed in the shipping box
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase email & date
To start a return, you can contact us at info@crystalsofeden.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return shipping fee will be at your own cost back to the warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon acceptance and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will need to email us at info@crystalsofeden.com with the details below;
- Pictures of defective, damaged or wrong item
- A short description of the cause of the exchange
- Please provide your order ID, full name, and address and date of purchase
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Our Crystal Infusion Bottles feature 100% natural crystals which means they all vary in shape, size and colour. Please note we can not offer exchanges on crystals due to colour, shape and size preferences.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
